Monster Gym recommended.

Monster Gym is one of the most famous gym in Montreal and it has recommended AB workout for beginner/intermediate:

-3 sets x 20 reps crunches
-3 sets x 20 reps leg lifts
-3 sets x 20 per side, side crunches

30-60 seconds rest in between sets. This will work the overall core ( upper abs, lower abs and obliques).

I gave it a shot yesterday and it is really a great Ab workout which can be done at home on those really cold days when you just don’t want to get out of the house.

Next I will put some more advance core/ab workouts that I am trying recently.
